In our excretion studies EACA was given in an amount of 100 mg/kg, a dose level used in
our long clinical studies. Based on comparative studies of the inhibition of streptokinase-
induced plasminogen activation by Melander ei al.(1965), and Andersson et al.(1965),
AMCA was given in an amount of 10 mg/kg. Our findings are presented in FIGURES 2 and 3.
The 24-hour urinary recovery of a single dose of EACA amounts to 71% after iv injection and
